In 1997, we started our HomeSite Inspection Company division to offer clients a less expensive inspection by utilizing a pre-printed matrix format with the results delivered at the time of the inspection. An addendum report with digital photos of significant conditions from the inspection will be emailed the same evening. 

Identical to the DeBerry home evaluation, the time savings associated with using the matrix format is passed along to the customer.
